Change starts with awareness. What would you like to change, why and how? Why is your body not the way you’d like it to be, what do you need to change this? What is your body telling you? Which sensations are you aware of (hunger, thirst, pain, changes in the body, sleep, hot, cold, various effects that stress and relaxation have on your body (heart rate, skin temp, blood pressure))?
