Healthy Lumbar Spine

Did you ever experience lumbar back pain? About 80% of the population is concerned of this painful experience. If you are exercising regularly using the following program you will strengthen your lumbar spine, receive a lot of stabilization and feel the power of your body. I will present a well documented program and explain the optimal functioning of your lumbar muscles. You will learn how to develop a healthy and flexible spine by regulating your balance of energy using your nervous system. Often we are focused too much on the action of doing and not enough in the state of regenerating. In order to explore all your capacity of power in life, balance is needed. It is easy to have a powerful lumbar spine - you only need a little bit of discipline to practice the proposed exercises regularly.

I was born on a farm in Switzerland and have always been very curious about life. Understanding myself and learning about my environment is fascinating to me. Since 1993 I have been working as a physiotherapist. Each year I add to my knowledge by taking a post graduate workshops.

In 2002 I finished my training as a Franklin-Method therapist and regularly give workshops, training sessions and lectures on this technique. The participants are dancers, physiotherapists, physical educators, Pilates teachers and other body therapists from all over Europe and Brazil. I am also a Shiatsu therapist. This helps me learn a great deal about alternative medicine.
