You have to be aware of it - that all movements begin in our brain. Our senses are giving information to our brain where it is interpreting and then perceiving from our environment what we think is possible in order to exist. That’s why with the help of imagery, we can improve the quality of our movements.
You will learn how to visualize the anatomy of your body to provide new inputs for improving Body Awareness.
During this webinar I want to give you some new body experiences to let you feel more body awareness using a practical approach. You will feel what it means to improve body awareness and make you interested in working with your body and brain. This will make you more flexible, stronger, energetic and will improve your posture. All this in a playful approach. Let us laugh and play together to develop our physical and mental potential. Body Awareness will give us the power to do our part in creating our paradise on earth.

I was born on a farm in Switzerland and have always been very curious about life. Understanding myself and learning about my environment is fascinating to me. Since 1993 I have been working as a physiotherapist. Each year I add to my knowledge by taking a post graduate workshops. In 2002 I finished my training as a Franklin-Method therapist and regularly give workshops, training sessions and lectures on this technique. The participants are dancers, physiotherapists, physical educators, Pilates teachers and other body therapists from all over Europe and Brazil. I am also a Shiatsu therapist. This helps me learn a great deal about alternative medicine. |
