*Donate your “stuff” to Junk Raiders on September 2nd*
Junk Raiders is a TV documentary series about a giant recycling experiment that assembles a team of talented builders and challenges them to construct a building using only recycled/repurposed/salvaged materials. The building will be a permanent structure located at the City's environmental recreation centre, the Evergreen Brick Works. Junk Raiders' cast and crew are coming to the September 2, 2010 Community Environment Day event at the Carmine Stefano Community Centre on Weston Road near Sheppard to accept your donated items. In particular, they would like to pick up your unwanted paint, computers and other interesting materials for their construction project.
